Mold remediation on 09/11/203 for a building located on Lake George NY, at NYSDEC Long Island Campground. This building is 34'x23'. There are two bedrooms 8'X10', a living room 23'X14', a kitchen 12'X13' and a hallway 7'4". The basement was also treated. HEPA vacuuming of basement walls, joists, and overhead subfloor and an EPA fungicidal inhibitor applied to all areas of the basement. Encapsulated all joists and overhead subfloors. Treat all affected substrates with fungicidal inhibitor on the main floor, encapsulated the ceiling in all rooms except the bathroom. Encapsulated walls in the kitchen, both bedrooms, and hallway.

Mold remediation of the Diana Delvin residence. This four-day project was completed on 08/04/2022. It involved the repair of a leaking roof and demolishing of mold-infested sheetrock. Then we thoroughly cleaned the roof of any debris (infected insulation), disinfected the entire roof with EPA-approved products.

Janitorial clean up at 62 Grove Ave on 07/23/2003. Job included cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of flooded basement from debris and backed up sewer. Additionally, we wiped down all walls, rooms of the resident, sanitized, mopped and vacuumed the carpet. We disinfected and wiped down the toilet area.
